What about size and color?

 The size and color can be changed according to your requirements or according to the size in our webpage or catalogue.

Our products are made of Plato PVC tarpaulin. Its thickness can be customized according to your needs, usually using 0.45-0.9 material.

If you want to purchase water inflatable products, we generally recommend 0.9 thickness material, which has better air closure and longer product life.

The materials have passed BS5852 certification for the UK, and are compliant with ASTM requirements in the USA, and Australian safety standards AS3533.

Yes, we can print your picture or logo on the inflatable products, and you can offer the picture in any format made by Photoshop or Coreldraw.

Yes, please send us the details, sketches or pictures and your requirements and we will offer you the best price.

 It is included inflatable products, blower, kit bag(including the same colors material, glue).

Our inflatable games can be used more than 3 years.

If it is damaged, you can use the glue and material to repair it. Because it is too long distance to ship goods back, we will send a kit bag for every inflatable products.

Our blowers have passed the certificate of CE,UL.

Establish contact information: Please fill in your contact information at the bottom of this page and submit it. Our company will arrange for professional sales staff to contact you.

Confirmation of products: Please send your interested products to our sales staff (can come from our website or the products you like in other channels), in addition, if you have other customized requirements and add elements, our designers will provide you with renderings.

Confirmation of quotation: After confirming the products or renderings with you, we will provide you with a quotation.

Sign the contract: Our sales team will send you a sales contract outlining the mutually agreed terms, including product details, pricing, payment terms and shipping information. Review the contract, sign it and send it back to us.

Payment: Payment is made according to the terms agreed upon in the sales contract. You can choose from a variety of payment methods such as wire transfer, letter of credit or PayPal.

Please transmit (T/T) the payment from your bank to our bank.

We will start producing your order after receiving 50% deposit of total payment. After the goods are produced, we will send you photos and videos via email for your confirmation. We will send the goods to you after receiving the balance payment.

If the order is urgent, you need to pay 100% in advance.

Our regular producing time for 1pcs inflatable games is 6-15 days, excluding air transit time, from the date of confirmation. However, it can be +/- depending on the design and the dimensions.

It can be shipped by air or sea. Air freight takes about 5 working days at most, and sea freight takes about 15-30 days.

Ocean freight rates fluctuate greatly throughout the year, and we will provide you with a quote based on the ocean freight rates of the day. Air freight rates will vary depending on the destination country
